We Carry the Missions of Good
Cards are still sent out to those who have birthdays, and anniversaries, or to folks that have a family member who has gone to be with God. Prayer shawls and knitted items are still given to people to help to warm their soul. We share our time by volunteering to help our community by some folks helping at the food pantry or other community functions. We have sponsored the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, and our own youth fellowship groups. We spread God’s message through our Sunday service, Sunday school, Wednesday Evening Bible study and our day-care, where we teach small minds about Christ.
Whether we have been in existence since 1859 or on the corner of 4th and Pine since 1913, we are here to serve God in his kingdom, and in our community. We are to become fishers of men and spread the Good News of the Gospel, from this church into our community and throughout the Kingdom of God.
